About Cutting Edge Irrigation

Cutting Edge Irrigation designs, installs and maintains automatic irrigation systems for private gardens and commercial grounds across London and Surrey. We are part of the Cutting Hedge Landscape Group, working alongside the group’s garden maintenance and landscaping teams from bases in Ealing, West London, and Woking, Surrey.

Most of the people we work for are homeowners with a garden they care about but no time to water it properly: planted borders, a lawn used by children, pots on a terrace, a vegetable bed that dries out in July. We also look after estate managers, developers and facilities teams who need grounds watered reliably and reported on. Every system is designed around the water supply that is actually there, measured on site rather than assumed.

The team behind it is our own: engineers trained to Rain Bird specification, working with Hydrawise controllers and the same installers who return for spring start-ups, winter drain-downs and repairs. Over twenty years we have fitted and maintained systems in more than a hundred gardens across fifty or so locations, from small Chiswick courtyards to half-acre Surrey plots with their own boreholes.
