Privacy notice

When you use the design tool we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, telephone number, installation address and postcode, along with the garden measurements, areas, water supply details, equipment choices and any notes you give us.

You can also upload photographs and plans. Those files are stored privately and are only opened by our team when reviewing your design.

We use these details to review your design, contact you about it and arrange a site visit. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

We do not produce automatic prices from the design tool. Any quotation is prepared after a visit and sent to you separately.

If you save a design to finish later, we store it so you can reopen it from a private link. That link expires after 30 days, after which the saved design is no longer accessible from it.

Your progress is also kept in your own browser on this device. Clearing your browser data removes that copy.

Design enquiries are kept while we are working with you and for up to two years afterwards, so we can refer back to what was discussed. Unfinished designs that are never submitted are removed after the resume link expires.

You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold, correct it, or delete it. Ask us at any time and we will action it, unless we are required to keep something for a legal or accounting reason.
